Did you have one of those Dads? The kind that dropped those one-liner gems that made you roll your eyes, but moved you to correct the issue?
Well it might have been irritating to hear at the time, but the message sure has stuck with me all these years! In fact, I’ve even used it myself a few times.
We all need reminding from time to time. Why not remind your employees like dear old dad used to do so that they will be more aware of the impact of their actions?
