That’s right, by closing doors you keep the environment out and your utility costs down. In a business facility that can mean a lot of money. Create a process where any of your employees can adopt a door of their choice and keep it closed unless there is a reason for it to be open. They won’t expect a lot,: maybe a little recognition, appreciation and an accolade or two.
